To promote cooperative efforts with the member entities to become more efficient, more profitable, and therefore more competitive in the market place, through shared learning and networking in continuous improvement efforts based on lean principles.

To provide member entities a platform for networking and learning about Lean principles to increase productivity, quality, profits and market competitiveness. 

Efforts of the Consortium shall include but not be limited to the following:

-     Interchange of ideas and information

-     Meetings for discussion

-     Committee research

-     Development and promotion of training programs

-     Interaction with enforcement agencies and legislative bodies to provide assistance and input consistent with the Consortium.

-      Any other cooperative undertaking necessary for the accomplishment of the above stated purposes of the Consortium.
